NO response, I guess you guys need more info. Colorado zone 201, we are going the last 2 1/2 weeks of the archery season, any information would be helpful. Thanks

I hunted elk in unit 2 last year, right next door. If I were you I'd hunt the first two weeks. Bucks were pretty predictable until they lost their velvet. Then they started to wander and we're tougher to locate.

I agree with Jaquomo on hunting the first two weeks. Once the velvet is gone, everything changes.

And I also agree with Jaquomo I hunted there the last week of the season and could only find small bucks
