All my mature bucks are in lock-down mode with does out in the prairie hinterlands. Seeing them in weird places the last couple days, always in unstalkable spots. I'm living in forky hell.
But I've also had a couple big cruisers come by just out of my recurve range yesterday and this morning. Moved my decoy operation over a hundred yards to get in a better runway for cruising, and I'm situated in-between two big doe groups. Any day now...
