Great video, but their contention that "nobody knew about this migration until now" is laughable. Ask any WY G&F biologist or resident here in western WY; they've known about it for decades.

+2 BTM, all Colorado natives have known this for decades, even the deer on the Co.Eastern plains migrate at some point in the winter.

There used to be massive migrations here in the NW. They still do it, but as a kid I remember seeing herds of 200 moving across the highway together. I also read older studies that showed some deer migrated over 400 and 500 miles a year.

Wow, I have known of the mule deer being a migratory animal since I was a child. Kind of hard to believe that anyone would NOT know that mule deer were migratory.
