My son's first gobbler

Austin killed his first gobbler yesterday morning. Hadn't been in our blinds long when he texted me that it was raining sideways. Just then it thundered close and I took off back to my truck to go get him. Just before I topped the hill where I could see him in the power line he texted me not to come because a turkey had walked out of the woods. I eased up in my truck and watched the whole thing through my binoculars from 300 yards. Fog rolled in and when it lifted I could see 5 birds headed his way. Suddenly one started flopping and ran about 15 yards and fell! The others ran up to it until Austin pops out of the blind and runs over to retrieve his bird. He holds his bow and gobbler over his head and turns toward me. It was one if the most amazing things I've ever witnessed in the woods. I was breathing so hard I kept fogging my binoculars up! Thanks Lord for an incredible memory.....
