Well, after 2 seasons of shooting a Quest Rogue (which I like a lot), I decided to look for something new. Something with a little more speed and longer ATA since I am dropping down into the mid/Low-50's now due to Parkinsons. Searching for speed along with stability. I figured this could very well be my last top-end bow....so I stayed open to judgment. Over the last 2 weeks I shot the PSE DNA & Verge, Mathews Creed, The Elite 35, Strother Rush, Hoyt Faktor, Bowtech Insanity & Carbon Knight, A Prime, the Bear Domain, Empire & Method, and then the 2014 Quest Drive.
The result....ordered a 50-60# Quest Drive this afternoon. Best in hand & draw of the bunch IMO.

Well, the new Drive arrived on Friday and I was able to get it setup and shot in over the weekend. Sitting at 58# @ 28”, with a Whisker Biscuit, G5 peep, G5 Speedstuds and a CopperJohn Deadnuts II. I found my draw length a little long when compared to my Rogue. So I will need to back down to 27 ½” on the Drive. Pushing a 375gr Easton Powerflight, it shot 275fps through the chrony, which puts it spot-on the listed 330 IBO rating, or possibly a bit higher. This is probably the smoothest draw cycle I have laid my hands on to-date. The rollover is almost non-existent; there is a dead-solid back wall and virtually no hand-shock that I can feel. Most likely it will not see a stabilizer on it for hunting at all. At the shot the bow fell slightly back into the hand. The grip is a bit lower and more to my liking than with the Rogue. The machining and finish is exceptional.

Well, I knew I liked it before ordering it. But I figured I would offer a review of the specs, since quite often what is advertised is not exactly what you get. This bow was surprisingly on the mark.
