Problems to submit Photo

I wanted to submit a picture in the Submit Your Report/Photo section and it continues to give me Error Report which is what the pic shows--WHAT TO DO!!!!

I have repeatedly !!!! Tried a few weeks ago to submit my bison n something else-- my bison went thru but not the other??????????WHERES PAT when you need him??? prob on his dozer digging up the world-- :-)

That wasn't the best one but possibly it coming-- will have to ck with the FCC rules n regs first--
