I came home yesterday to find this box on my carport. It says Fra-G-Lee. It must be Italian. :)
I thought.....this must be a major award but it was only my WY antelope. I was happy regardless.
Very nice, Mark! Congrats
Good thing you didn't need any glue (as someone may have used it up on purpose)...
Looks great, Mark! Who mounted it for you?
Bummer. Instead of a lady leg lamp you got a pronghorn mount.
Sam Raby from Salt Lake. Nice guy who just recently announced his retirement.
Nice mount Mark! Here is mine that Sam did.
FYI Mark and I both took these on BB's 2013 bowsite hunt.
Nice buck, nice "A Christmas Story" reference! Enjoy!
Nice buck, and great movie as well. I make the wife and kids watch it every Christmas!
Haha!
Great mount. Congrats!
Don't let your Wife dust it LOL!
Nice looking buck!
Dan,
I really like those Euro mounts. That looks great!
I appreciate all of the nice comments. Overall I am happy with the mount but I will be honest you, it is not perfect. The hide is slightly twisted on the brisket and the hair has dried out of whack in a few places. The hair sticking out could have happened during shipping. The mouth, eyes, ears and horns look great and my brother, a taxidermist, can straighten up the hair. I will have to live with the slight twist though I guess. 99% of the people who see my taxidermy don't even know what it is. LOL!
nothing better than getting a major award!
Very nice!
Also glad to know that you didn't "shoot your eye out!"
Bowfreak, no one will ever notice any imperfections on the goat. You will be the worst critic of the mount. You shot a fine critter.....enjoy it. Great job.
Don't know how I missed this when it was freash. Good goat Bowfreak !
