Would you consider 6.5lbs a heavy bow set up to include;arrow rest, sight, quiver, and stabalizer?

Fairly average IMHO. I'm sitting at 6.8 on my Agenda with a sliding sight and bigger stabilizer.

Sounds about right to me. As long as you are comfortable with it when shooting, go for it.
