Sanctuary/Holding deer

Below is an overhead of our property. 252 acres on the west side of the road, 273 on the east side. West wooded ground has some nice cuts and ridges, thick areas and open spots. The green circle was a clear cut in 2002. The orange areas are currently corn. The remaining open ground is just alfalfa fields. Usually the farmer cuts a little early for the last cutting for me just for the deer. The west side mtn had 180 acres select cut in 1996 and the remaining 30acres were cut hard along the corn 3 years ago.(old burn damage) The purple is Year round water. small pond on east and large 3 acre pond on west, Parents house is there. Creek runs right down the roadway. RED dots are current stand locations in the past few years.

Question would be locations to add food, make new habitat or move stands. Most winds here come from the WSW.

I was thinking to leave the clear cut alone. Never go in, unless tracking. Perhaps modify some of the small open areas into some general food plots.
