Anybody have any recommendations on Outfitters for a Canadian Black Bear/Fishing combo? Would like to hunt bear over bait and take wife along to fish during the day for pike and walleye. She would not hunt just fish.

Since you mentioned northern and walleyes call Ken and Linda Buxton, KL OUTFITTERS, Dorintosh Saskatchewan. Otherwise call Dave @ TSI.

KL is a family owned operation, very remote, very nice lodge, great bears and fishing. Dave isn't as remote, has great bears, nice lodge, lots of trout in his stocked pond.

Both are winners, both have solid reputations, neither will dissapoint you.

Pine acres bear camp hunting was great and can catch fish off the bank in some spots. Look on bowte for reviews and pics

I have bear hunted all over Canada and if you are looking for great bear hunting and world class fishing, look up Rob Nye

I second Rob Nye. I've been four times. The lakes he's been hunting the past couple of years are really good for walleye and sauger. Lots of pike too just not many big ones. There in there I just havent caught any over about 10-12 lbs. You can plan on fresh fish for lunch just about everyday!!

Can't go wrong with any of your choices above.

Check out Trail End Camp in Manitoba. Awesome fishing and bear hunting. Great accommodations too. Vance runs one of the best outfits I've ever hunted with.

I had a friend go with Rob Nye and he said the fishing was insane. Said they had to drag him out of the boat to go bear hunting.
