I just bought the iPhone 5s, and it takes forever to open a thread. Am I having issues with the phone or is it the server?

Is there a "how to" section, i can refer to,so i can set bowsite mobile,to the new phone? It's been a while since i did it to my other phone.

Ok on mobile too. Some days it can be slow regardless.

Website. Same on my I - phone and my i-pad. Sometimes slow to load.
