Have had a couple good weeks of hunting. October lull was non existing with the simple strategy of moving around to various oak flats in this lowland area. Let numerous small bucks walk, liver hit and couldn't find doe....... Been waiting for a nice buck but with nov 1 rifle right around the corner I'm approaching brown is down territory. 50 degrees light west wind feels good!!! Good luck to all hubting 2nite
