what's the blue and yellow shaded areas on the map mean? Are they walk in areas? Thanks

Here's the link with a key.
It seems to be a general truism regarding 'western' maps, is that yellowish/orange is BLM and blue is state land.
Keep in mind just because it exists does not mean there is an easement to access it and corner to corner blocks (surrounded by private not enrolled in the Walk-In program) may not be accessible to each other. Most states prohibit 'corner jumping'
