On 2/8/15 I ordered a HIPS bow blind in preparation for the upcoming Nebraska turkey season. After 3 weeks I had not received the blind or heard from the company. So I tried reaching them by phone twice leaving messages to contact me and when could I expect to receive the blind. After no response from them I sent an e-mail; still no response. If their blind is anything like their customer service is I do not want one. I think I will order a Hide-a-blind.
Yes I'm having the same exact problem. We're you able to resolve your issue?
Right now i could care less about the wind as i don't have a bow blind.... This guy takes people's money through pay pal and then nothing.....
Yes avoid the HIPS blind. I never did get my blind. To get my refund I made a claim through my credit card. I just ordered a Hide-a-blind.
After reading this post I went to their website to see what the product looks like. I noticed they don't show their physical address. That always raises a red flag to me. If I don't know where a company is located I'm hesitant to do business with them.
