Point expiration in CO

Points expire per species if you fail to apply for or purchase a license for that specific species w/in a 10-year period. The wording in the 2015 Sheep & Goat proclamation is:
"If you fail to apply for OR have not purchased a license for a certain species during a 10-year period, all accumulated points for that species are erased from your record and become void."

Wow. That's a long time, lots of states it's 2 years.... I know.... (sniff....)

Depending on how you read that, it could mean that you lose points if you wait longer than 10 years between applications, or you lose points if you fail to apply even once within 10 a consecutive year period. I know what it means, but they should clarify.

Does anyone know how long Nevada keeps points?

In Nevada if you fail to apply for two consecutive years you lose your points.
