Who else is using El 10X42 binos?

I spent a ton of time looking at other Binoculars and decided on these tonight. I had a hard time with the Leica vs the SLC Swaro's but when I put the EL's to my head I was sold! They just fit so damn well I bought them! Nothing bad to say about either! In fact I really liked the way Zeiss Conquest binoculars made stuff look more 3d than the one I bought. Bad comparison as they didn't sell the Victory line. Do any of you have anything bad to say about the EL Swaro's ? Just wondering? I think I bought my last pair at 52 years old? Bob.
I bought the el range last year and could not be happier. I have them on the for place mantle out of the kids hand and use them almost everyday to look at the bird feeder and other wildlife around the house. Great buy.
Lots of love here for mine also
The only bad thing I think anyone will say, is they are expensive. But most agree they are worth it.
If you spend as much time behind binocs as I do, you will eventually end up with ELs.
They hang around my neck for a significant number of days each year. I'd rather forget my bow than my binos
Since 2008. Fabulous glass.
I would be more willing to let you borrow my wife than my Swaros, and neither is happening.
Get a good bino system for them. I like the Kuiu it contains and protects them while crawling and all of the other things I get myself into.
Since locating game is half the battle I'd say they are one of the best investments I ever made in hunting gear.
Zero negatives. Not even the price. Worth every penny.
I live mine. I wasted a lot of mo eu before I bought mine. I wish I had just saved and bought these first. I would have been way ahead in the long run.
I would rather leave my bow than my Swaros when I go hunting. They are the best binoculars IMO.
Had mine 10 years and have loved them everyday I use them
Love mine! Funny story: I was hunting on Kodiak a couple years ago. My outfitter was saying he thought the Swarovski EL's were way over rated. Two days later his new pair of Zeiss fogged up rendering them useless!! It was an unfortunate coincidence for him, but pretty damn funny to me. I will say that the eyecups are the weak link with the El's. I've replaced them twice already. Other than that, they're great.
Anyone have anything bad to say about the EL 10 by 42 ranges? I've been seriously considering a pair for a while now.
There are only two negatives that I have heard in regard to the EL Range, which I have and really like.
One is that the range button is on the left and a right handed shooter would have trouble reaching it while holding onto your bow.
The other is that it only ranges down to 33 yards.
Neither of those items are an issue for me as I am left handed and shoot a single pin from 0-35 yards.
Good luck and take a look at them. Great purchase for me. Combined with the KUIU harness, I think the combo is touch to beat.
I have 10x42 EL's and my only complaint is the eye pieces go in too easy. I am frequently having to screw them out. How can I get them to stay out?
I am now using 10x42EL range. No issues at all with one year of use. Nor did I have issues with the regular EL's I used for the last 10+ years or so. Just a great tool.
Very happy with the one year of use on my 10x42 ELs!
It does make a ton of sense though to have the an ARC range button on the right side (for right handed shooters)...for that reason I am considering the new Leica's....

Tried Swaro EL's vs Zeiss and Leica 10x42...wearing spectacles, the ELs were much clearer and brighter all round
Best money I've spent on optics
