Old Memories

Earlier this morning, I had a long phone conversation with Tom Oar, (Mountain Man-TV series), he and I are old rodeo traveling partners but have been out of touch for several years. He is now big-time into knapping knives but I called because his daughter recently passed away from complications of diabetes. We re-lived a lot of miles and bucking horses and had a great talk. If either one of can walk next year, we may go elk hunting in his backyard.

I think you probably should. Life is short and ephemeral. Do it!

I've been watching that series on Netflix and Tom seems like a real nice guy. Too bad about his daughter.

That is horrible! He seems like a great man. I love the series. Prayers sent from south central Montana.
