Hi lou: jerry here I am going up to Prudhoe bay in august, to shoot another caribou, shot one 2 yrs ago out of umiat Alaska. Had so much fun that I am going back. Hunting out of Kavik River Camp Owned by Susan Aikens. She has a tv show Life Below Zero. It is on the national geographic channel. It is 197 miles north of the artic circle. You got to go some time you would have a BLAST. hOPE EVERYTHING IS WELL WITH YOU JERRY

I may be up there this fall, but I doubt it. I'd rather bank vacation time for Dall Sheep, Moose, and Mountain Goat next fall than go after Bou again this fall. If I get an extended weekend scheduled in somewhere I may make the drive up though.

I went last year. Flew to Anchorage and drove to Deadhorse. Still not enough time has passed to make me forget the hell I went through on that drive there and back.

Won't be on the haul road, but will be on the Denali highway for caribou and moose September 4-21st.
