Hi Guys Im looking for some advice on Shipping Trophys from Australia to the USA. Skull and horns mostly.

Would like to know if anyone has done this themselves, or if you have used a customs broker, who would you recommend. What the process involves etc

Any info would be much appreciated.

Thanks Andy

I used Coppersmith as a broker but shipped a full shoulder mount of a red stag. I understand if you ship raw skulls and antlers it is more of a process with permits, which the broker manages. Some guys on here have done it themselves and hopefully will weigh-in.

It was really pretty simple. Coppersmith handled everything from the taxidermist in Brisbane to my door. I just authorized a credit card and filled out some paperwork ahead of time. Cost $866 door to door.
