Chad Woodruff (Chad's Guide Service) does a ton of hunting on the Strip and would definitely be someone to talk with. He assists with lots of the governors tag hunters and does it right - proper insurance, forest service permits, etc.
Jason Bond is a great guy as as well, but I cannot speak to his experience on the strip.
