Is there anyone out there who might be interested in shooting sea ducks while I mountain goat hunt in March?

A buddy of mine who was deer hunting with me said there are good numbers of sea ducks in the bay.

Waterfowl season ends January 22. I know residents of Kodiak can shoot waterfowl into the spring, but not sure of the specific regulations.
