Floridas first bear hunt was a success, hopefully they'll continue the season this year, and expand it to more counties.

Unfortunately I'm in a closed BMU as of now. They should open it up for land owners at least. Myself and a few other owners got hammered this year. One even got in to a neighbors cabin.

Yeah I live in highlands county, there's more damn bears in this county than any in the rest of the state, but since most of the bear research goes on here we're not allowed to hunt them. I used to hunt a place that had some absolute GIANTS!!!
