Going in May to NZ for Thar and Red Stag. I am thinking in using my old Muzzy, but is there another broadhead that you had use with these animals with good results?

Vpa 3 blades. Won't find a tougher head

Honestly depending on your setup i would go with a mechanical or something that fly's REALLY good. Gonna probably have to make a poke at a tahr.. I am going next June and will most likely be shooting a NAP Killzone

Wow Leo, nice string of trophys:-) What ever you have been using in the past will be just fine. A lot of people like the VPA 3 blades these days. I prefer the 4 blade Slick Tricks, especially the COC Viper Trick. Good Luck.

Never hunted them, but slick tricks should do. Would love to hunt stags during the roar.

Whatever you would use for elk is fine. I used VPA 3 blades that they comped me for red stag, and they worked great. But I've killed dozens of elk with Muzzy 125 and wouldn't hesitate to use them.
