Anyone have her in their flock?
Any noticeable difference between her and the upright?

I have one. I also have the upright and the feeder. The differences are not huge between the leading hen and the upright. But I have noticed that more often than not when hens come into the spread they tend to head to the leading hen of all the three. Toms 99% of the time just head for the jake decoy.
Here is a hen attacking the leading hen decoy last year out in Kansas.

They also attack the regular hen.

Another confrontation. Not sure here if she's pissed at the decoy, or at him for looking at the decoy. ;-)

I don't have any good ones of hens attacking the upright, but yea they confront it also. It just seems like in my experience they go to the leading hen first more frequently, but that could be just coincidence as well.
But the upright works well also. On thing cool about the upright is that you can set in directly on the ground without the stake and mimic a breeder pose that sets up a bit higher than the actual DSD breeder.

This guy eventually pushed the stake in until the decoy was resting on the ground.

The submissive hen also gets her fair share.

Excellent photos Ziek.
One thing is a constant with DSD's ... the turkeys cannot resist engaging them.

My favorite, the 'I'm sorry' look...
