I was 3 hours from Shiloh for a couple days this week. Sure wanted to head the truck down I-44 SW of Tulsa today instead of NW and back to Kansas.

Maybe it was the 3 hours from Tulsa to Shiloh then 7 hours from Shiloh to Garden City that held me back. Will be back down there in a couple months anyway.

Thanks a bunch to the Shiloh Gang. We had a great time. 5 for 5 with smallest going 200 and two over 500. Here is a picture of mine. Good luck Bad Karma and let us know how it goes.

Big pig...looks like a short snout and some huge hams for the smoker.
We've never killed one pig over 200 pounds at Shiloh.
Must be adding a lot more vitamins or fried food to the feeders. :-)

That spotted red pig was part of a group of 20 or so. Saw them feeding at 2, and waited. They walked south and went on the e side of the road in the woods. The spotted hog didn't do well after that

Well, our Colorado guys (Bad Karma group) had a very fun and successful hunt. All of the hunters had shots and they shot 10 hogs altogether. Here are some hogs this morning at stand #1

Huntress, how does SCI score hogs ? is it by weight or scull &, cutters ? thanks for posting . How is kiea ? would love to have her . I killed a 25lb pig a couple weeks ago, good eating for sure. my dog had a blast tracking it too. Forrest

Drahthaar: SCI measures cutter length plus circumference of each tooth and then add together. I don't have the length handy but I think one was 9 and the other 10 or something like that.

We currently have flooding rains with high winds and hail. Twice in one week. They have their hands full down there. That area got hammered this week.

Well, my Spartan camera that I used for pics quick working. I sent it back to the manufacturer and they said the antenna went bad. It was under warranty so it's fixed and on its was back to me. Should have it back and running very soon.
