If my buddy has to fly up can I bring his meat head and hide back with me Im driving

I brought home a fellow hunters head and hide for him and did not have a problem. You will need the required paperwork from your outfitter.

The answer on the fresh meat is no.You must be present with your own animal crossing the border.heads/hides taxidermy need a cities and can be shipped via any means but must be noted on the cities documents.Outfitters dont provide Cites documents they are applied for and can take time to get.

TMAC You must have had taxidermy tanned hide.Crossing with a fresh killed bear without the owner present is a violation perhaps they missed.If your fiend is flying he can take it with him but may consider getting it tanned then shipped with a Cities document.
