It is true that the lucky and precious golden horseshoe has helped a second superslammer! Jake was the original owner and it has been passed around in hopes of aiding other hopefuls to their success. Anna Vorisek completed her archery superslam with a grizzly bear while possessing the "precious". Congrats Anna. Rumor has it that it has been passed on to help in the quest for a Grandslam. What a "lucky" hunter!! lol Can't wait to hear of the success it brings.

That is truly incredible! What memories they must have made together over the course of fulfilling their quest! My wife and I only have 26 and 24 species respectively left to go to catch them! Ha!

I was sitting in at a seminar at the pope and young rendezvous when a fellow attendee got the text and announced it to the room. Didn't know the horseshoe was involved. Congrats to her!

The GOLDEN HORSESHOE has a better hunting season planned, than I do. I can't wait to see how it does on its next adventure. Maybe it'll make its way back around to me one day. And of course, congrats to Anna. A great accomplishment for a great person.
