Late last winter an opportunity came up to make a trip to South Africa this summer. We are returning now. This was my sons second time hunting plains game , but would be his first with a vertical bow. We took a total of 5 animals between us. It was a very good trip. I will post some pictures.
An alternative weapon was used for the warthog, we were hunting wide open hiveld country.
Nice! Good pictures. Where'd you go and who'd you hunt with? I'm planning a trip over there for my daughter and I, always good to hear about others and their experiences.

Gene, What an awesome trip to do as a father/son trip! Looks like you've got a "young sniper" on your hands....congrats!
That Sable is beautiful!
Awesome, Gene. Who'd you hunt with? Congrats to you and your son.
