We have an old deer stand similar to the one in the picture. Steel frame with plywood sides. The plywood is rotting out. I wanted to replace with 1/4" pressure treated plywood but 1/2 " is the thinnest I can find. Any suggestion on what I should use.

Insulation on the inside with tinn on the outside and roof. Never have to replace again.

What Scrappy said, and if you want to bowhunt, just cut the windows vertically. I have a round homemade blind with a netting covered window that I have no problem shooting through. It's on ten foot legs.

I already have an open shot thank you. Unfortunately it doesn't climb cattails.

Davy, go with 1/4 plywood and just roll it with a few coats of brown oil based paint. it will last you ten years plus and then you can just touch up the rotted areas over time. Plus it will cost $$$ less

I would go with a HEX suit and no walls. Norman
