It's up to $29.98 now.

Funny that they offer an extended service contract on a lifeline.

Does that work for any safety harness? My harness is probably over 10 years old. I know it doesn't have any caribeners or easy detach straps.

VogieMN,

Yes they will work with any harness.

Thanks MoBowHunter. I also just realized that you should replace those harnesses after a while. Luckily I've never fallen, but just like child car seats, they have an expiration date.

Wouldn't taking your hand off of the step or ladder to move the prussic be more dangerous than actually just climbing? God Bless

I love the bottom of the ad saying made in China, we can't even make our own life lines here damn shame.

I passed on these and actually, I could not believe that they were made for hunting. The reflective spots on these ropes are amazingly bright and in the color spectrum, nothing is brighter in contrast than yellow on black. Who in their right mind would make this thing?

A lifeline does not alter the normal movement required to climb the sticks or ladder. You keep three points of contact at all times. Move the prussic at the same time you reach for the next rung.

I look at lifelines as cheap life insurance and use them whenever possible. Those one time climbs now feel more dangerous without a lifeline. Probably a good thing...as that keeps me thinking.
