Hope it is less controversial than the spyder bull. Paying for a governors tag, hiring a pile of guys to scout, guide, search etc made that record a joke.

So far this looks like a good story. "The elk’s B&C green score is an astounding 429-6/8 net and 448-4/8 gross. It was taken on a solo hunt early in the Montana archery season. After a couple days of packing the bull out, the hunter who at this time prefers to remain anonymous"

I spoke with the taxidermist doing the mount. It's all legit. Eastern Montana. Just a perfect, clean, gigantic bull. I asked if I could come by and see it and he said "hell no!, I made him take it home until I'm ready to mount it! That thing is probably worth more then my house! I don't want it here!"

Thats a Pig I hear about WR elk being killed every year and find out that when there scored right There Not even in the Top 100. But when BC list them on there pending list. Its the real thing Waiting to hear the story and were it was taken.

What I heard was that he was killed on the back side of Slippery Ann. Not sure if this is true or not. Great bull though. Congrats.
