My local COOP is now charging almost $100 for a soil sample test (used to costs $15).
I am looking for a less expensive soil test for my 3 plots totaling 9 acres.
Is there a less expensive soil sample option out there?

Whitetail Institute will send you a kit with a sack for the dirt, an info sheet, and a mailer for about $15. They will email your results within a week most times. Been using them for years.

I use WTI also. Fast, good info and priced right.

Our local CO-OP is free as long as you drop off the sample yourself. Shawn
