I will be hunting for a minimum of 2 weeks and actually have 2.5 weeks set for vacation. I just checked and I am at 823 hours of overtime for the year, so this time is well deserved. DAMN! that's basically 80 hours per month overtime. I better kill something or else I may be a tad upset. LOL I am never upset about not killing anything. It has not been about the kill in almost 20 years now.
This year my guest BOWSITER is non other than Jack Harris (No he is not related) But I do know he comes from a superior bloodline!
Tomorrow morning I will be at Clinton County Motorsports in Wilmington, Ohio to pick up my dads quad from the shop. Its a Polaris so its there a lot!
Jack should be arriving around noonish. Our goal is to hunt tomorrow evening. It will be him, my dad (Buci313) here on Bowsite and my cousin Jason Harris who is on Bowsite as well I just don't know his handle? He stays until Tuesday then he leaves Until Sunday. Starting Tuesday thru Sunday will be my Neighbor Jay Smith who is originally from KNOCKEMSTIFF, Oh. Yes its a real town in Ohio.
Jack is staying Saturday thru Saturday. Then the Saturday jack Leaves JAYG from Bowsite arrives. The Great SERBIANSHARK will not be making the trek to from Colorado this year. From what he has told me he is scheduled for his annual circumcise. He says due to his so called (Royal Endowment) this is an annual routine for him?????
With the upcoming election camp should be way over the top entertaining between my dad (Staunch Liberal) and JAYG (Makes Rand Paul look liberal) So I have driven over 730 miles back and forth to our lease and new hunting property to hang stands in the last 5 weeks. I got us permission to hunt 1700 acres for free with exclusive rights in Pike County Ohio this year. Our deer population at the lease has dropped significantly in the last 3 years.
Jack and I have been planning this hunt for over 2 years. I turned 50 back in April and I got a GO-PRO for my birthday. I plan on using it for this hunt.
Morgan has all kinds of Marching Band competitions this week and on Saturday so she is out of hunting but my goal is to have her hunt Next Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
I know there is one night that she doesn't have marching band and that will be the night that Michele and Morgan meet us in Chillicothe for the best wings in America.
Boubound don't worry I promise you there will be plenty of selfies.
Jack remember our hunting clubs golden rule (If its a buck and you shoot it, you mount it)! Unless its your first ever buck or if you are a kid.....
Ok I am at work and I need to re-time a piece of equipment.
More to follow!!!!!
The forcast sucks with these high temps.
Jack remember you cant shoot a great buck if you shoot a good buck. That said I whack almost everything that walks by me so who am I to say.
Good luck guys.
LOL there are millions upon millions of acorns this year.
I do have a case of Blue Moon, and some 4 strings brewery beer there.
Yes I have Crown, CC and the great Appalachian Shine!!!
It all has to do with the two words "NJ" and "decent" in conjunction with one another. It's not really a problem when you get to where you're going and see the new "decent!"
Going to be interesting to follow along this year to get an easterner's take. Enjoy!
Oh well there are other things in life! :0)
Enjoy yourselves- hunt safe & drink responsibly
Jack I will see you in about 14 hours
My reply grab the dog's hair clippers!
Now enjoying the start of a much needed vacation!!!
I am exactly 1 hour from camp!
I am exactly 1 hour from camp!
Jack is in he just shot to make sure bow is still in tune. Bullseye at 20 yards.
Vehicles are unloaded, beer is cooling down, going to eat a sandwich and head in the woods soon. I want to show him the lay of the land. It's about 80 degrees so we will huntil the bottoms this evening.
Jack is the camera man. I dropped my cell here at camp last hunting season and broke my camera lens. So he and others will have to take all the photos.
Hopefully he has a laptop and we can transfer from my go-pro and point and shoot nikon.
More to post later.
My money is definitely on Jack as Kelly hasn't killed anything since hitting a squirrel with his truck in '07!
Mark
He has several scrapes and one huge rub along with several other rubs around him. As we went in we saw a nice size buck walk away from us. He was not running away literally just walking away.
Where Jack is must be 7 degrees cooler than where I am. It's very windy on top of this ridge.
It's hot about 80 degrees and sunny. Right now it's 4:12pm and the wind is coming from my left to my right.
Hopefully more to follow....
Make sure you buy your beer in a can! I work on a bottle line and the more can beer you drink the less overtime I am forced....
At 4:00
Good luck, Robb
Folks it's pitch black out. I usually never have a flashlight and this is a morning I could have used one.
Possible rain moving arriving in a few hours.
For those of you with nothing to do this morning my Bengals play against the Rwdskins at 09:30 in London. Lol a great day to own a smart phone while deer hunting.
I'm hunting the same tree I was in last night.
Hopefully more to follow.....
Buck?,Doe?, yearling? I have no freaking clue but it would have been a open broadside shot where it walked.
It should get light in 15 minutes or so
You need to get out of jersey more often to hunt. Passing them will get easier
It is true, you can't shoot big ones if you pull the trigger on average ones. It's also true, that you can't shoot a decent one if you keep holding out for Mr. Big.
I may have to try to post a BC, live, treestand, mule deer hunt. If the weather ever cools down and dries up anyway.
Good luck guys. Let some arrows fly!!
I'm back in camp between the rain and me going into a non stop coughing fit from this sinus infection I came back to camp.
Good luck this morning gentlemen, following along!
I did have a deer blow at me after I hit my grunt tube. It was about 200 yards from me.
I did have a deer blow at me after I hit my grunt tube. It was about 200 yards from me.
He shot it out of the stand Jack hung last year.
I hope Jack doesn't regret coming here to hunt vs. The other county up north...
Hopefully I see something, this is day with out seeing a deer.
Day 3 and I still have not even seen the first deer.
Oh well they call it hunting and not killing for a reason.
Good reading Kelly
Good luck, Robb
I am drinking some coffee, the last day I had coffee was Saturday and I am in some serious caffeine withdrawals.
Hopefully I at least see a deer today? It's rough sitting on stand waiting and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting.... you get the jit's lol.
Bou lol
OK coffee is almost finished. And it gets daylight in 50 minutes.
It's 51 degrees right now and a high today projected to be 80 degrees.....
More to follow
Hopefully my cough isn't ad bad today which is why I suspect I am not seeing any deer?
Jack before I left I put another 15 pack of Miller Lites in beer fridge. All the cold ones are in the door of the fridge!
Stay tuned guys
I realized what my camp is missing Dunking Donuts coffee and donuts!!! Lol
Jack shoot as many as those bastards as you can, I hate them.
They are one of the main reasons we see so few of deer now.
Uh oh action is picking up for Kelly, I juse had a Boone squirrel crest the ridge....
I had forgotten
Lol well the family reunion is over. Jack has packed up and headed back to Jersey to hunt with Snookie.
His Jersey Intel says the rut is full bore in Jersey.
For me 6 full sits and I have not seen one single deer?
I am coughing a lot and that may be the root cause although I am covering my mouth with a tobaggen so noise is minimal.
I have a neighbor coming into camp tonight. Michele gave him my prescription coughing pills my doctor ordered for me. Hopefully that helps?
Oh well it's 1:00 and I am going to take a siesta for an hour. Yesterday Jack and I hung to hammocks in camp for this heat wave about to hit.....
Post more tonight.
Imo, by far Ohio peak time starts, AT THE SOONEST Nov 3rd. can be a few days later. Nov 9th a sure thing. My favorite week is 6-13
fyi
I did start a prescription of amoxicillian last night so hopefully it kicks this.
I slept to damn near 09:30am today.
Going to hit the stand at around 12:00 and sit until dark.
Right now enjoying not coughing and some Hazelnut coffee with a slight breeze and good sunshine on my face. Lol who would have thought being able to sit in a light T-Shirt and shorts at 10:30am on November 2.....
Good luck and God Bless
I do the same thing when I have gas on stand but that is a little less convenient.
It's a record high of 82 today!!!
Sweating while just sitting in the stand.
Jack the area up by the Pines you asked if you could hunt. I said no it was Mikes honey hole.
Well it's loaded with rubs and scrapes. He asked me to show him a few spots. That's the hottest spot on the property. It's the area where I killed my big buck.
A decent steady breeze just started which is helping to cool things off a bit.
More to post...
I have hunted this same piece of property since 1979 I am just a loss for what is going on?
The funny thing about deer is they eventually start showing up. It's just a matter of time.
Fingers crossed it's tomorrow.
Checked the weather app and for casting 60% thunderstorms at 10:00 and at 80% at noon.
On a good note tomorrow for cast is a high of 57 with a.low of 36 degrees.
No more rain forcasted until next Friday. For next 4 to 5 days lows are in the 30s...
The coffee is tasting wonderful.
Lol jk
Oh well way to warm (68) to get hypothermia bring it on rain Gods, bring it on!!!
The cards are stacked
I'm hunting out on Morgan's Ridge tonight in my wife's double ladder stand.
1st was 70lbs. Doe moving quick.
2. Was a basket 8 point not 30 seconds behind her.
Boys and girls the drama is over I've seen faking deer!
It only took 6 days to see my first two!!!!
H
He was a stud for his age lol
Personally ..... About 11:30 pm my standards start to become.... negotiable.....
Damn(?) is broken.... floods to follow.... make the shot good...
Sounded like all hell broke loose.
Very very foggy morning after rain yesterday. Very cool walking thru so thick of fog.
Hopefully more to post later.
Jack my buddy Jay is hunting the community scrape. My dad decided to just name that the community stand.
Noise headed my way. I assume those turkeys it very loud.....
Wow now a decent 10 he is grunting
All 4 deer went over adjacent saddle.
Fog is lifting visability is about 70 yards. Very cool surroundings for sure. Good feeling about today!!!

That's 5 bucks so far all 2 year old deer.
This 6 had 3 tines on left and no brow tine. Rack on right side had 2 tines and a brow tine. The rack went straight up.
These deer are nothing what I am hunting for but I needed a morning like this.
6 small to decent bucks and 1 small doe
In for lunch heading back out in 20 minutes.
Hope you see lots more and kill one that makes you happy. We're pullin' for you here in Chicago.
It's a lockon stand I put up Tuesday. It's a location Jack spotted and hunted.
Jay's bow is broke so he is using Michele (pink) crossbow. Lol
He didn't have the bolt pushed in and it has a dry fire safety mechanism.
He text me bow is broke wont fire?? I moved safety on and off 3 times???
My reply was push the arrow closer to stock, it should move about 3/8 of an inch.
Lol Jay text back F $!% I really screwed up!!!!
Lol I replied you don't suck your just a stupid green horn!!!
How long is JayG going to be hunting with you? I am leaving for my annual hunt in Kansas with CRO on Sunday AM. He is more than welcome to try my back up bow as I pass through SW Ohio on my way to Kansas. If it works, I'll pick it up on my way back....if not, it will continue to make the trip west with me.
Jake
I doubt he could even pull the state minimum draw weight.
Your welcome to swing by if it's lunchtime?
Actually jayg comes in around noon on Sunday
He didn't like it blew and stomped to bottom of gorge
Hopefully he will circle back?
Now a smaller buck under 114 for sure went down same path as the big boy.
It's getting better that's for sure
I'm thinking 2 or 3 hotdogs with mustard and relish.
A 45 minute siesta in the hammock and back at it...
Note to self in 2017 season when daylight savings time occurs and we need to set clocks back 1 hour.
Don't forget to set alarm back 1 hour as well.
Today may be the day! I tweeted my stand 90 yards to a sweet spot I believe?
Yep the pig blew them all out. No shot opportunity on the pig.
Something else is headed my way.
Be back in a few...
Mrs. Hottie came into camp tonight. Asked if I would hunt with her tomorrow.
I said I would so I'm going to take a GOPRO and POINT AND SHOOT and hopefully video her shooting something...
I just got home from a week of hunting elk up by Flaming Gorge (Utah side) and was hoping to see some harvest pix Kelly.
You certainly are not having the weather I did! haha
Keep the faith
Good luck, Robb
I am not hunting today but I am in a double stand with my wife.
I have had bucks in this area the last several days. She has only shot at a deer 1 time and missed a big buck.
She said it was 20 yards and it was actually at 50.
So here I am today in the stand hoping she gets an opportunity at a good buck.
She actually cleans up well also.
He said he shot it low but it was a pass thru shot.
I told him we wI'll be down at 10:30 to help track.
More to follow!!!
The other we found 3 pin drops of blood and no deer. It dropped into an ungodly steep ravine and managed to climb straight out of it.
I think he hit just muscle?
I did my part 3 weeks ago with absentee ballot!!!
#TrumpTrain
I went to put a lockon stand up next to wear I've been hunting out of my summit.
More to come....
The tree is way to squirrelly to used a climbing stick. I'm going to need individual sticks on this one.
Oh well back in the summit. Hopefully I didn't blow everything out of the county today
YOu are do! Hang in there. My best, Paul (former buckeye from Port Clinton and Huron Ohio.)
Ohio State vs, Nebraska, What a blow out. Listening to the Nebraska Sports Radio prior to the came, They sounded like Nebraska might have a chance to win that game. DAAAAAA.
On top of that win what a freaking great day to be an American!!!!
I was up until 01:49 then fell asleep. Woke up to alarm at 05:00
Only thing that could make this day any better is for one of the guys in my camp to pop another awesome buck!!!
Whoop Trump Train!!!!!!
Can the crooked establishment finally be broken?
We shall see.
That was it just a very wet coldness all day today after yesterday's rain.
Heading into town. This deplorable hunter needs a shower!!!
Something has happened and it's not looking good.
Good luck, Robb
Some jackwad took out the hazelnut cream and set it in the sink in my camper.
Well it's been there for hours so it gets pitched. I go to use milk and it's dated 11/5 ????????
Some total BS going on where people cannot put stuff back where it belongs!!!!
Oh well Trump is president and today is a new day!
My 2 week adventure now has turned into a 3 week adventure. I called my boss and got approved for next week to take vacation as well.
So another week of this kind of stuff and I will be ready to do a swan dive off my stand!!!!
Post more in a few......
Good luck hope it picks up soon.
She is hunting this weekend and youth gun next weekend.
Then her season is over. She has a 13 hour surgery scheduled for Dec 6th
I will get some phots for sure.
Lol dead ever since he came thru
The internal prosthesis inside her arm broke. Plus in never expanded enough to make both arm's equal length.
So her right arm is about 6 inches shorter than her left arm. This is only from the shoulder to the elbow.
She is getting a new lighter prosthesis put in. Plus Morgan has never been able to move her right shoulder after her cancer. It's not her shoulder it's a donor from a cadaver. So that was pinned to her clavicle.
Soooooo they are removing the cadaver humerus head, replacing that with a total reverse shoulder implant, then attaching the prosthetic that will expand into a cadaver humerus bone.
Then they are removing her fibula put of her left leg. (Apparently the fibula is not needed). And grafting that onto the cadaver humerus.
Gothe a call the FDA is not signing off on Morgan prosthesis so surgery may be delayed until December 22 vs. December 6th.
Surgery is 8 to 13 hours minimum according to Michele and recovery in hospital is 5-8 days then bed ridden for 1 week. Missing school for 4 to 6 weeks.
Here is what Morgan has now this photo was taken 8 years ago.
Hope your not squirmy about human photos
Hang in there. Hope the whole crew has a good time.
You know hearing stories of what parents go through with their children make all this other BS happening around us irrelevant because I can't imagine your strength going through this. I struggle when my children have small injuries.
Prayers and strength for your family.
Also, good on you for making the effort to take your kids hunting. I do the same - it's not easy but so worth it.
No deer tonight for me.
My buddy Mike saw 10 deer and 1 was a 4 point and he actually watched it mount a doe.
Friday the temps turn down to upper 20,s.
As I said I am hunting all next weekend except Monday and Tuesday morning.
We meet with Doctors for Morgan Monday morning and my best friend called me tonight his mom passed so services are Monday evening and Tuesday morning.
I hope to be back in the stand Tuesday evening.
Right now I am eating the best wings in America!!!
Oh and slurping some ice cold Miller Lite on draft...
Talk tomorrow guys
I have Morgan in her usual double ladder stand she is about 250 yards behind me.
It's a very nice calm Morning temp are around 45 degrees with a high today of 52.
Temp drop tonight with low getting to upper 20's.
Hopefully one of these ladies gets a deer today.
He to about 40 yards out and then went up hill to try and look for this buck he has never heard before.
I shoot Morgan a text since she is behind me and she tells me she has a deer behind her lol.
Read the text funny stuff....
My cousin just grunted in a 2 year old 10 point.
Sounds like you might need to call LEGO MAN he's the only Bowhunter who can bring those GIANT FEROCIOUS CHIPMUNKS to bear.
Morgan is hunting off of what we call Morgan Ridge. My cousin Jason hunted it this morning and saw a few deer.
It's her first time hunting in a lockon stand. She has her safety harness and lifeline on so she is fine.
This summer she practiced a lot shooting without a rest and was driving tacks at 30 and 40 yards.
Jason is about 200 yards from her so all is well.
Michele on the other hand is a nervous wreck about Morgan not hunting in a double and perched in a lockon.
I told her, Momma you gotta lift the wings up and quit being so protective.
Hopefully someone shoots something tonight.....
BTW to all you veterans Thank You very much for your service!!!
For sure save a buck or 2 for her Kelly.
Good luck, Robb
Lol Morgan and Michele have decided to sleep in.
Heading to the stand now.
I work for a very cool boss and she said Jelly go get your deer!!! Lol
I saw a freaking magnificent monster tonight. He was 80 yards away before dark. He had a super chocolate brown rack. He looked to be pushing 250-275 lbs.
Freaking tines looked to be 9 to 11 inches tall and boy what a spread!!!
Like I said I cannot hunt Monday or Tuesday morning and maybe not even Tuesday night but will hunt Wednesday Thursday and Friday.
Then Saturday & Sunday is our Ohio youth gun season so it's all about the kids. We should be having 8-10 kids hunting this coming weekend...
JAyG got a buck
Photos soon
JAyG got a buck
Photos soon
Michele and Morgan went home last night. My plan was to go with them to Columbus but Michele insisted I hunt since the only thing they are doing is taking x-rays and scans to make sure measurements are all the same. And Morgan has a pre-op physical. I said nope, gonna mset you guys there!
I moved my stand last night to a new location that is right at the edge of a o year old 300 acre slash cut.
I could not see the deer but I heard several last evening walking in there and grunting also.
Hunting until 11am then if no deer heading straight to Cincinnati to the funeral visitation this evening. Then the funeral burial tomorrow and driving back so we can hunt tomorrow evening...
This is starting to wear on me a bit but gonna keep pushing forward in this crazy pursuit.....
From the new stand location I could see from my left the sin rising and from my right the moon dropping over the horizon.
JayG has a video of just after he shot his buck of a doe coming in with a bigger buck tending her.
Then from behind he has what looks like you all call a 150ish (114 to me) buck come in. This is less than 10 minutes after he shot his buck.
I don't know if he knows or can post a video from his iPhone with bowsites new network configuration.
If he can it's a pretry cool video... hint, hint Jay
Bucks running doe like crazy!!!
She came right out of the cut.
No bucks yet. Getting down soon to drive to Columbus
He follo we do same trail as the 3 doe took.
Today the funeral service are at 10 see we should get to camp at around 3 so I should be able to get a 2 hour sit this evening.
My cousin saw 3 bucks chasing does yesterday.
Then Jayg shoots me a text yesterday as we are driving home he was scouting he found a deer that looked to be dead for about 10 days.
More to post tonight. Here is photo of Jayg dead buck he found. Looks to score around 114.
Keep at it. Hope all went well with the pre-operating stuff for morgan.
Keep at it. Hope all went well with the pre-operating stuff for morgan.
Michele has 3D images of the new prosthesis and it's pretty cool. It can only lengthen just under 2 inches so she will have one arm shorter than the other forever. But instead of 5 inches shorter it will only be 3 in she's shorter.
But hopefully she may, just may get enough movement to shoot a bow an arrow in the future???
Almost at funeral home now so I will post again when I get into the tree.
Prayers for Morgan's surgery, whenever it happens...
Best of luck Kelly. You're stickin' with it....
>>>>-------->
Getting out of the monkey suit and getting the camo on now.
Hopefully more to follow...
Literally hunding a saddle next to the cut. It's the same stand I was in yesterday morning.....
They sound less than 50 yards away.
It's so thick you cannot see more than 15 to 20 feet into it.
Morgan's surgery right before X-mans damn the date of that!
Good luck, Robb
The largest supermoon in 68 years.
High population of coyotes.
Perfect conditions for excellent hunting.
I've seen 7 deer my cousin Jason has seen 15. I had a decent 10 under me for 20 minutes.
Wow another deer just popped up?
Make that 8 now for me.
Bou, only 2 deer have been killed all season both bucks which are photod above.
Spike #9 just came in and ran them into cut.
I'm glad I have had to pee for 40 minutes.
So far an awesome day!
My cousin Jason and I moved a double stand from one area over to wear I am hunting for Morgan for this weekends youth gun season.
Heading back out for the evening hunt.
I have today and tomorrow to get it done because youth gun season starts Saturday, if Morgan does buck out then I will go back to feet hunting with my bow.
Hopefully I can get something to add to the horn-porn channel here.
Chat later.
Day 18!!!!!
Anyhow, I had so much fun out there is year. The hunting was hard, but so much fun. My old ass is pretty much worn out. After hunting out there, my first stop after the taxidermist was at my chiropractor's office. I feel much better, but I miss hunting camp.
Oh snap, that's not here must be in Utopia....
Tomorrow high of 75!
One had a real white rack and the other was like a super dark chocolate rack.
They were both bigger than what I have on the wall.
It's not about killing anymore and it hasn't been for a long time either. I like to pick out one specific buck and peruse it.
This year as long as I get the wow factor when I see it I will try and get him.
Yesterday I had a very nice buck under me for 20 minutes. My cousin Jason and I both had him under our trees and Jason said he was about same size scoring wise a's JayG.
I thought he was smaller?
I hear pigs coming my way?
This could get fun.
Only about 10 or 15 minutes of light left for me with the pins I have on my bow.
Talk either later or in the morning....
I did let a high 140s walk last weekend when Morgan was hunting above me because I thought maybe he may go her way.
Ha two points......
you have definitely proven over the past 4-5 years or so it is certainly not about killing! LOL
also you have been great at "perusing", now get down to some pursuing will ya!
I just looked at the calendar and realized today is day 20!
Since this is the Ohio Youth Gun season it will most likely be my last day hunting unless Morgan gets her buck then I will probably hunt until Sunday afternoon?
My dad is staying in camp since he is leaving this afternoon to go back to Michigan before his snowbird life starts in Florida in a few weeks.
OK the radio says light rain tonight and tomorrow morning as well?
This crazy obsession makes one wonder about our sanity at times!
2 days ago the woods were going nuts in the morning and yesterday not a single deer did I see?
Oh well we had the Carson/Butler family show up last night, this afternoon the jason brunk will be here for his sons first ever deer hunt.
If my math is correct we will have 5 maybe 6 girls hunting during this youth season and maybe 2 or 3 boys hunting as well.
I do think Jay is correct about why we are not seeing as many deer as we usually do. There are feeders loaded and being ran all around the property since before he and I showed up?
We as a club agreed no feeders except your honey hole area only!
Oh well it's water over the damn now or should I say corn from the container???
Any hoot let's hope today is the day :0)
Chat later.
But hey today should be great for seeing all kinds of deer activity with a record high of 75 forcasted for today...
3 weeks ago I had Jack Harris for 3 days.
The last 2 weeks we had a maximum of 5 hunters but all of the last 7 days we only had 3 people hunting all 1036 acres.
There have been a few doe I could have shot and several bucks but they were not what I was looking for.
You have seen this same annual thread for years.
It has never even been close to this as far as few of deer seen?
Who freaking knows????
Hey its 11:21 mid November and it's 67 degrees already!!!
Who's having fun? This guy!!!!
Will we see our annual Kelly/Morgan picture in a day or so?
I got down to check on my dad. Ad I said he us rolling out of camp.
Strong wind gust 22mph from my left to my right a steady 10mph
So wind is coming from the cut into the gorge. With me on the Ridge top I'm hoping no issues of scent.
Lmao when I went to get down I sat up and bamm up jumps a buck 30 yards behind me. Nice mature deer but offered no opportunity at him.
Abut 2 hours of light left let's hope the big boy comes pimping thru
Freaking 77 degrees.....
Feeling good for 50.5 years old.
Just cut hauled and split 1/4 cord of wood by myself at 1/2 of a century years old.....
Tomorrow let's hope Morgan gets a true Ohio SLAMMER!
She asked if it was to late I told her most of the neighbors if they were hunting in the rain will probably get out of the woods around 10:00 or 10:30 so hopefully we see something!
Last night right at dark I had over 30 pigs come in under my stand. It was to dark to see my pins.
Talk soon
Uh. Bud. Better freshen up on your "military" time. Lol
Good luck to Morgan. She deserves a nice buck!
Every daily ATF report we fill out at the breweru is in military time.
The issue with my so called time was somewhere between my 12 or 14th beer....
my best, Paul
LOL I still have until the first Sunday of February to fill my tag.
I am going to try and do that.
It looks like I am heading to my old town of Loveland, Ohio Thanksgiving morning to see what I can do. Its urban hunting but my old neighbors own 10 acres and have a small pond and quite a few deer who frequent it.
I am not sure of my work schedule for Christmas shutdown but I may be able to do some late season hunting back at the lease?
I sent Morgan a text this morning asking if she was up for a Thanksgiving morning hunt? Hopefully she is.

So how did the whole 114” thing come about with Kelly? Somehow I missed that.
-Mitch
“But, Dad! It’s food!”
