Co 201 cow elk

Going on daddy and daughter cow elk hunt. Drew 3rd season rifle . Bow hunt most of time I can get off work but getting dust off the old rifle for a meat hunt. She drove over and camped and took quick scouting trip and work has really put me in a bind. Wondered if anybody here had hunted it. I know it takes lot of points to draw bull tag. I will never get one. Looking mostly for road condition and whether to go in North or south section. I have done lot of map research and Co map overlay. Got couple atv I could bring wondering if I need to. Getting excited to see the country and spend time with the kid. I live right on the face of the Bighorns. Sent some pms to guys on here before. Maybe you co guys can throw me a bone. Lol
