WY results vs UT app deadline

For those of you that apply for non-resident WY elk and UT big game, did we get our results from Wyoming before the Utah applications were due last year?

If I remember right, you have to go into AZ and NM without knowing, but they're out before the UT deadline.

Wyoming results came out in late Feb. Utah draw deadline was March 3rd.

Sounds good. Now I recall trying to save the UT hunting license fee as the reason I had to apply before the WY results came out. Have to time it right to save that money every other year.

I get the yearly Combo hunting license every year @ x-mas as I hunt geese and upland birds along with cottontails plus fish so I need it year round.
Yes--Wyoming by the end of Feb a few days before Ut deadline.
