I was wondering if anyone has used the VPA turkey spur? If so how did you find it to work> Do you have to sharpen it before you use it?

I've used it a bunch and it works more or less like the other vpa 3 blades as it blows through turkeys easily.. the birds I hit with them all died. The cutout in them imo doesn't really add any different effect vs the originals.

Just bought a pack. Does anyone have any experience with the cut-out having any effect on shooting through the netting on a double bull blind?
