Does anybody have any recommendations for repairing a shot out Rinehart target?

I do it all the time. Remove all lose parts of shot out vitals. I wrap the entire torso with Press and Seal (saran wrap would probably work too). I tape a few spots on the edges. I use the Great Stuff foam insulation. Wear disposable gloves. Poke the applicator tip thru the wrapping into the deepest part. Keep it going until the expanding foam almost touches the wrap then stop. Sometimes I have to "inject" in multiple locations. Let it stand overnight. The foam will continue to expand after applying. Then remove wrap, trim with sharp blade or limb saw, paint with Krylon camo brown. This repair is by no means as good as the original Rinehart foam in quality but it works and restores the anatomy and it can be repeated many times for about $3 (Great Stuff)

Make sure your wrap goes all the way around the animal torso. Sometimes I wrap around chest, belly and neck all with a continuous wrap of the press and seal.
