Tn.buck Scoring

From what I understand the Sumner Co.47 point buck was officially scored by B&C it lost 3/8 inch making it 312 which makes it the highest scoring buck ever taken by a hunter.I also understand that in 2 years it will scored again by a B&C panel at their convention or whatever they call it and make it in the books officially.Whatever happens it is one hell of a buck.I hope this makes some kind of sense.
