Does BB post pics here anymore? I suggest anyone not on his FB friends list add his page to follow - he posts a lot of pics to enjoy. Search for Bill Allard.

Some great pictures, there, Paul. Love that one with the magpie!
Awesome video, Charlie!
I do not take nearly enough pictures! And the ones I do take are nowhere near as good as they should be.

Cool pics Paul Nice video too Charlie. Good shot too! It's sure nice to have a built in aiming point :-)

That shot was 18 yards and I self videoed all the clips. Without the video you would never know how fast that lope dropped. There is some behavioral education to share in that video for some:)
PS: There is a separate thread going right now that questions the pluses and minuses of videoing hunts. I see NO downside to having this video for my future uses:)

Treeline, yea the magpie liked to ride on its back also. Taking pictures sure helps the time pass.

Usually, animals are wired when they come to water....was this buck wounded when it bedded right by the water?
From: Paul@thefort

Jake, good observation and I agree with the wired statement at water. This young pronghorn had something going on and seemed sick. He came within feet of my blind, walked down and out into the water to drink for at least 5 minutes. He then came back to shore and laid down 20 yards away. I had never seen this action before. I thought I had a good live decoy but when another buck showed up, he spied the bedded buck and turned and left the area. I tried to get him up by throwing rocks at the him but actually had to exit the blind and scare his way. He slowly walked away never to be seen again.

Jake: I have also witnessed what Paul said about Wounded antelope. Had a young lope come to water with a broken leg and had two different groups of antelope see him and run.
