With just a quick look through the antelope Chapter 5 it looks like the increases probably equal the decreases. Seems about like the same number of total tags overall. This means that the biologists aren't expecting an unusual winterkill this year. This is good news!

Elkstabber, depends on the region of Wyo you are talking about. You may notice cuts in certain regions and additions in others. If the WG&F is substantially cutting doe tags that is not a good sign!
