Got my javelina back!!

Really pleased with my javelina mount from last year. Just getting back from Texas from an exciting weekend! Got to pick up my mount from javelina I killed last year and took my girlfriend with me to try to get her first bowkill. Not only she got her first kill but managed to kill 3 in the first hunt! I connected on a hog the next morning that was icing on the cake !

Nice.... I'm an amateur taxidermist and I have to say that is the most realistic paint color on a Javalina mouth that I've seen. I've skinned a lot of Javalina this year and that's exactly what they look like. That is also my favorite form too... nice job. I'm still trying to get it right... Ed F

Lee, nice mount. When I got my Javi I thought with them being such a unique trophy I would do a full body. That mount gets a lot of attention from ppl when they tour my rec room. Congrats.
Where did you go and with an outfitter? Some places seem to have hogs and just a few javi or more javi and fewer hogs. Nice variety and the hogs are good eating. My javi was ok but not my favorite meat.

Thanks guys! Bill I was hunting with the guy that mounted the javelina close to Laredo at the junco ranch . It was a friend hunt wasnt an outfitted hunt
