I came across something that I need some info on.
Colorado - GMU 61- Muzzleloader bull tag
There were 2 that drew out with 5 PPs [1 Hybrid?]
1 person at 10 PPs, 1 at 13 PPs, 3 at 14 PPs....
But at the top it says 2 were drawn out at 15 PPs at 20% [typically min to draw]
WTH?

Looks about right with the 7 Hybrid tags.

Is there a way to search that 900+ page document to see what deer tags qualify for the hybrid draw?

Refer to page 7 on the regs. That will show you all the Hybrid Drawing info - Elk/Deer/Pronghorn
