Tis the off season. Just received a dozen FMJ shafts yesterday. Had to dust off the "Harbor Freight Special". Made this a year ago but haven't used it much. Probably because I stopped shooting rocks. However, I lost a handful of arrows in transport so back to the cutting board I go. The two parts from Harbor Freight are a wood clamp (upside down to use) and a cut-off saw. I 3D printed a spring retainer for the clamp (silver), a support for the saw(blue), a vacuum adapter for the dust(silver) and the nock end arrow support (blue). I did have to make one modification yesterday. Had to use athletic tape to keep it on. Not sure how I did it before.

You spent a lot more time on your arrow saw than I did. That looks great......no I'm not posting a pic of mine. It does do a pretty good job though. I always hit my arrows with the G5 arrow square just to be sure, they're good to go.

Thanks for the compliments. I use that same G5 ASD as well.
