Is nutritionist out there?

I was hoping nutritionist was out there, I was looking at some of his products particularly the mineral mix and they appear to be really good, but I was told that high selenium is bad for deer. His mix is 20ppm. Is this considered high? I tried to do some research on my own and it's very confusing.
