Kuiu World Tour

The Kuiu World Tour just opened up in Medford, OR. Have any bowsiters attended yet? They advertise that there will be some promotions / discounts / giveaways. I'm curious to know what those are.
I would be leery of any KUIU "discounts". They may give you a discount but overcharge you on the original "retail" price. My gf and I both made KUIU purchases at an event; she was given the discount but the initial price that she was charged was higher than our sales ticket showed. I called about it and they said they would see what could be done and return contact. It's been well over a month now and nada. Keep in mind these were fairly small purchases, but principle actually matters to me.
I don't have any info. on the World Tour specifically, so sorry if I am hijacking your thread.
I would not be leery of any Kuiu discounts. I have purchased many items from them, mostly discounted or through various sales, and have never had an issue of overcharging or tom foolery. Any issues I have ever had with Kuiu have been addressed quickly and fairly through a call or email to customer service, I.E. a shipping issue and one fulfillment concern and both were resolved in a more than satisfactory manner in my favor.
The mobile showroom looks awesome! The closest it comes to me is Omaha I believe or maybe KC. Wish they were stopping here but no dice. Check it out if you get the chance. I'm sure you can e-mail or call customer service and they can give you an idea on promotions/discounts at the mobile showroom.
"KUIU World Tour"? Like everything KUIU it's being overadvertised.
Maybe KUIU Western States Tour, but certainly not World Tour. 13 states is not the world, and they will miss Wyoming.
At least you'll be able to try before you buy. Having had kuiu sizing issues and losing out on return shipping, can't remember if there was a restocking fee, but either way I felt screwed when I had a return that was their sizing mishap. I've also purchased stuff during a sale and when their XL fit like a schmedium instead of return I opted to sell and actually come out ahead.
If I had the opportunity I'd def check it out.
Only issue I have is everything I want to purchase is not in stock-
I'm glad you fellas have had nothing but good experiences, but I have no reason at all to lie about it.
No reason to think you did Franzen, everyone has their own experience and opinion and we should all share. Helps the original poster make his own decisions.
If you want a Kuiu World Tour you can just come to my basement....geez at some point things got a little carried away lol. I'm no Kota Man, but I am a fan of their stuff.

Well howboutdat they will be in NM just in time to overlap 1st and 2nd archery elk season, looks like the one who schedules their events is the same one who is in charge of their sizing. Disappointment is an understatement. I'm beginning to think, and this reiterates it, that the kuiu guys road the short bus and smeared boogers all over the back of the seats. Can I get a kuiu helmet and drool cup, vias camo please, OH those are for the employees only, sorry.
No matter what you think about KUIU, that is one cool semi trailer! I just ordered their new rangefinder case and lanyard. It looks like it will be just the ticket for carrying a rangefinder. Not cheap but way less than upgrading to ranging binos!!!
Wish the "World Tour" was going to be stopping in my neck of the woods. I'd check it out.
I wish the World Tour would show some love for us easterners and cross the Mississippi
ohiohunter, my niece is a special needs kid. She's about as sweet as can be. Do you have something nice to say about her too?
If you're going to belittle those kids, maybe you should brush up on your own grammar, spelling, and punctuation first...
When is Kuiu going to come out with a decent camo patern?
Great stuff, but the original patern looks like something my kids drew and the Verde is a digital version of WW2 woodland camo.....so many great paterns to choose from.
Holy snowflake batman! Get offended much?
Anyone know if they are coming out with a "Lineman" series. I'm a 36" waist but 38s feel nice so I usually buy 40s :^)
Yes, I know they go up to 40 but I mean 40...um... "husky". I mean really, who needs ultralight gear more, the 165# crossfit guy or the 240#, blow off working out too often, bad knee, likes pie guy that still likes to mountain hunt? :^)
Brotsky, Denver is close is it not...at least reasonably? Aren't you in Rapid?
I don't need anything but may go see it in OKC. I do have to figure out where I put all that new Merino stuff I got for christmas....lol. Maybe I do need something.
They will be near me (2 hour drive) in Grand Junction, CO- unfortunately it is during the prime last week of Archery season and I'll be busy guiding clients. figures.
SoDak, yeah you'd better figure out where that merino is and make sure its safe. You'll be a sore pup if you pull it out and it looks like swiss cheese!
SoDak, I wish. Unfortunately I'm in Sioux Falls.
"Holy snowflake batman! Get offended much?"
Haha, no, it typically takes a real jerk to offend me...have a nice day
Heck there they having several around BC shortly including one in Kamloops on June 6. Their clothing is decent stuff for mountain hunters!
Ohiohunter, I still have em in the bags, just don't remember where I put them. I have 2 or 3 of the 125 in solids and I was going to wear one the other day, all I could find was my 145 in Vias. it is in good shape. They are in my closet somewhere....
For some reason I always thought you were a west river guy Brotsky. Don't know where I got that. It's not that far to Omaha....lol. I'll have to drive two hours to get to oklahoma city.
