Does anybody know when we will receive Iowa draw results?

I heard from an outfitter that it will be July 16th this year.

I'm tracking that the results will be posted Friday, 23 June. However, I don't remember where I saw that information. I'll have to look it up now.

The Huntin' Fool site states 16 July. I didn't find anything on the Iowa DNR site. I guess we will just have to patiently wait to find out. Good luck!

I heard they have been posted by the 20th of June the past couple years. I have never put in until this year, so I never paid that much attention. Now that I have put in, it will probably take forever to post

Yeah, I've been reading any time between now and a month from now. It's my first year actually applying too and I'm really anxious to find out if I'll get this tag.

Yeah, the posted date is not consistent with when the results have traditionally been posted, but there were some years back that it was later. Hopefully any day now. WY deer/PH and resident elk come out tomorrow too. We're getting down to the wire.

Just keep checking your status. You will either have an additional pref point if you didn't get drawn, or you will have 0 pref points if you got drawn.

I win either way. Didn't get to finish all the public I targeted for scouting last March. So if I don't draw I'll have a chance to finish up next February, which will make for all the better hunt in 2018. Already got a full plate tags this season anyway.

Successful in zone 5 with 3 points. Full plate for me this year: AZ archery elk unit 1, Wyoming pronghorn archery/rifle unit 108, Iowa archery deer unit 5, Illinois archery deer JECP, Illinois firearm deer JEPC.

Brother and I got drawn 1st time zone 6 late muzzle loader season,,,you can use a bow because its a lesser gonna be cold

Access DENIED!!!! Applied for zone 3 bow tag with one pref point and got denied. Gets harder to draw every year. Bummed! Still excited for this season though.
