Kudos to Badlands packs

I have a Badlands Ultra Day pack that I love. I year ago while elk hunting, one of the zippers broke and I broke a buckle when it got caught on a treestand. I forgot about it until about 2 weeks ago. Now it's getting close to elk season again and I needed it fixed. I got online and got an RMA number from badlands and mailed it in. They said it had a lifetime warranty and they fix it right away. I've had it for about 5 years. I had to pay $12 for return shipping but they fixed and returned it in about 10 days. Great service from a great company.

I sent my 2800 pack in 2 months ago for a zipper replacement and to estimate adding two water bottle holsters installs. I got it back within 2 weeks with the water bottle holsters installed and zipper repair-- NO charge. A big thank you Badlands.

I sent my SuperDay pack in about four months ago, for a broken zipper tab and they sent me a brand new pack!!
