We're long overdue for an update so we took a few pictures this weekend. This group of guys drive down from Illinois to celebrate Steve's impending nuptials. In other words, this was a hog killing bachelor party. The first evenings hunt was very productive with three out of seven hunters taking a hog. Here's Pat with his first hog.

Pat was one ambitious guy to pack his second hog back to camp on his back. It was 97 degrees with 90% humidity. That's one tough hombre!

And Drake braved a barrage of seed ticks and was the seventh of seven hunters to tag a nice hog on this hunt. Congratulations guys, and it was good to see y'all again. Don't wait for another wedding to come back down!

We temporarily relocated our cameras to our deer lease Kevin. Once we kill the big buck we'll bring them back here and start posting more hog pics. :)

I thought it was a pretty good excuse Kevin! We got permission to hunt a new place just a couple weeks before season opens so we have a lot of learning to do. It's good to hear from you Quack. We're looking forward to meeting that young'un!

Dang, I need a Shiloh fix! I know they're killing hogs, I just know it. Agree, after Bad Karma hunts that place, the big hogs are nonexistent. A ruthless, big hog hunter.

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. We've been keeping busy chasing hogs and renovating a new piece if property next door so haven't been online much. I did manage to take a few pics with my phone though but never got around to posting them. We've had some real good hogs taken lately and have more hogs then ever on the ranch! The acorns are all mopped up and the hogs are hitting the feeders good. Here are a few pics from the past couple weeks.
