Hard,to tell due to the sun but it looks like thier is a crease down the head and his neck from the side pic looks s this as his head is big. I'd shoot it.

Might be two different bear.not good enough picture to guess on sise.Personally I wouldn't consider them unless I had better look.Best way is go sit the stand and see.

Sorry but that's a Guido Maximus Black Bear only known to be found in NE US. They were once thought to be extinct until the late 1800's once butcher shops and pizza establishments became mainstream.
The bear looks to be one of the rare breeds...
