Well today I looked out my window and had 3 non velvet bucks in my yard. Could not see a bit of velvet on any of them. This is in Northeast Pa.

Nice! I always find the first rubs of the year around Labor Day weekend. It's getting close!!
First one yesterday evening for me as well. Monroe County
I got a nice buck w/all his velvet rubbed off on 8.25, thought that was interesting
I have one small 8 pt that rubbed off on on 8/30 on the cards I just pulled. Everything else is still in velvet. PA as well, Bedford county
Not yet rubbed off, but over 100 pictures on 8/24 of this guy chasing a doe and a small buck around for over 20 minutes through this little wet spot. . . .
Dang Bake!! What a beaut!
He was having a good time!!
first one here also

Bake, make sure you hold off if you see that guy. He still needs another year.

8/26/17 for first hard horned buck in west central MN
This guy was stripped clean on Monday August 28th. I don't think I have ever seen one that early hard antlered.

This buck came out on the 30th
I just pulled all my cameras in North West Ohio today (Sep 2nd), had multiple pictures this morning with velvet still on
I got my first two on 8-30 and 9-1
A nice 10 pt hit by a car 9/3 had just shed his velvet here in MO.
Does the Velvet coming off seem like it's a little early this year. Here in Northeast PA all the buck I've seen this past week had no velvet. That's 5 buck with no velvet. I seen velvet on till about the 3rd week of September. So far none.
It's always been around Labor Day give or take in MN.
This buck had velvet on the night prior, clean the next night.
Bake - Glad its not a heavy EHD year with that beautiful buck hanging around that mud hole for so long!!! Hope you get him! Pete

I pulled cards on my cameras today, 3 different places, 5 different bucks, all still in full velvet on the 15th of September. I have never seen them stay in velvet this long.
